Ordering
We process orders within 2-3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of when it will be
back in stock or to offer an alternative. Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you must notify us by post or email within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please  include your name, postal and email addresses, telephone number and order number, together with the reason for your return. Items must be returned in their original condition otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the item is damaged, please also include a photo of the item and its packaging.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and received by us within 30 days from receipt of order. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and it is advised that you obtain a proof of posting.

Refunds
Any refunds due will be made through your original method of payment within 14 days of the returned goods being received by us.
